Cause analysis: in order to adapt to the thermal expansion caused by high temperature environment of centrifugal fan shaft, the manufacturer designed non positioning bearing at the tail. It is required that the positioning bearing shall be strictly positioned during installation, and the expansion side of the free bearing shall not be limited. If the installation is interchanged, the free expansion and contraction of the shaft will be limited, which is very likely to cause equipment accidents.
Correct practice: install the upper and lower end caps with the shortest flange on the farthest side according to the length of the flange inserted into the bearing end cap. At the same time, confirm that the positioning of other end caps is stable and there is no poor positioning due to the thickness of the sealing ring.
2、 When aligning the equipment, tighten or loosen the anchor bolts to "gather" the relevant accuracy requirements. Or although the sizing block is used for adjustment, the sizing block is added between the motor or hydraulic coupling and the base plate.
Cause analysis: tightening and loosening the anchor bolts will cause uneven pre tightening force of each anchor bolt, which is easy to damage individual anchor bolts due to excessive force during operation, and it is very easy to damage the adjusted installation size when re tightening in the future operation and maintenance process. The motor and base plate, hydraulic coupling and base plate shall be regarded as a whole, and the gasket can only be added between the base plate and the foundation pad iron.
Correct method: use sizing block to adjust the installation size, add the sizing block between the base plate and the foundation sizing block, and ensure that the force on the bolts is basically uniform when tightening the foot bolts.
3、 The bearing of centrifugal fan is lubricated by oil pump. Generally, the bearing will not lose oil during normal operation. Therefore, when the oil slinger is damaged, it is lazy to reinstall due to inconvenient installation.
Correct practice: the function of the oil slinger is to lift the oil from the oil pool in the bearing box to supply certain oil to the bearing to ensure its continuous rotation without damage in case of unexpected power failure or short-term failure of the service station.
